材料建议包含以下内容：

1、公司作为青联、青企协成员单位，积极响应共青团号召，建立共青团青年就业创业见习基地，成为厦门市首批全国级“共青团青年就业创业见习基地”
2、在开展工作中，积极与团市委互动，按照有关程序反馈见习人员上岗信息及见习人员有关信息
3、在见习人员管理工作中，按要求签订“共青团青年就业创业见习协议”，落实每月补贴及人身意外，开展“导师带徒”工作，为见习人员提供培训、辅导，帮助他们更好成长。
4、开展校企合作，与部分高校建立紧密联系，提高岗位的匹配度，增强见习实效。

可以在材料里体现提供岗位、上岗见习人员及被正式录用的人员数量。
