一、事情经过：

患者鲍园凤，女，46岁，都昌万户镇刘仲村人。2014年10月24日在我院行大隐静脉曲张手术后，嘱术后要多下床活动，一周后出院，术后半月拆线。11月9日患者在当地拆线后发现大腿胀痛来我院复诊，主刀医师了解到患者出院后一直卧床静养，未下床活动，即在我院彩超进一步检查发现“左下肢深静脉栓塞”，经心血管专业主任会诊，诊断为“左下肢深静脉栓塞”。经治医师就会诊意见及治疗方法同患者丈夫进行沟通，并告知治疗有三种方案：1.手术切开静脉血栓取出；2.介入血管内旋切术；3.溶血栓药物治疗。前两种方案必须转上级医院治疗，第三种方案可能会有两个严重的并发症：脑等重要器官出血和肺栓塞，两种并发症发生机率虽然较低，但一旦发生都有可能直接导致病人死亡。

家属了解情况后明白其风险并要求在我院溶栓治疗。实施溶栓前科室主任及主管医师两次向患者丈夫告知治疗风险，患者丈夫也签署了“知情同意书”、“留院治疗同意书”、“病危病重通知书”。溶栓治疗至第4天中午，患者突然出现胸闷、呼吸困难、口唇紫绀，经医院积极抢救无效死亡。

二、调处情况：

事情发生后，我院立即组织相关专家讨论，认为该患者死亡原因为“肺栓塞”。在医疗过程中，我院诊断明确，处置得当，无医疗过错，并向县医疗纠纷调解中心报告。

县政法委组织县医疗纠纷调解中心、县卫生局、万户镇政府、当地村委会等相关部门对该事件进行了积极、及时的介入调查取证后，认为我院诊断明确，处置得当，无医疗过错，并告知其家属。家属不予理解，县政法委组织相关部门连续几日多次进行调解，患者家属不听县公安部门的劝阻，连续五天用冰棺装着死者摆放在病房、烧纸钱、挂横幅、聚众闹事，严重影响医院正常医疗秩序，并打电话威胁当事科室主任及医生，导致当事科室主任及医生无法正常上班。

该事件相关部门还在积极调解处理之中。

三、 我院认为：

1、该患者诊断明确、治疗得当、告知详尽，整个治疗过程我院未违反诊疗规范，无任何过错，患者家属提出异议后，我院积极同家属沟通，同时向县医患纠纷调处中心报告。

2、县政法委组织相关部门及时积极介入，调查取证后认为我院诊断明确、治疗得当，整个治疗过程符合诊疗规范，无明显过错并告知家属，但家属不予理解。

3、要求患者家属立即停止停尸闹丧、拉横幅、威胁医务人员人身安全等违法行为，如患者家属对县医患纠纷调解中心调解有异议，可以通过正当的司法程序维护权益。
